2021 Local Elections in Oaxaca
Abstract
This article analyze the local elections held in the state of Oaxaca in July 2021.
To this end, it introduces a general overview of the framework in which the election took place, its context, and its results. It outlines the affirmative actions taken in favor of vulnerable groups and their impact on the results of the elections, concluding with an assessment of democratic evolution in the state.
