Funciones y responsabilidades del Editor en Jefe (Editor in Chief)

El Editor en Jefe de la Mexican Law Review, New Series (MLR) tiene las siguientes funciones:

  1. Recibir los artículos y revisar que cumplan con los criterios editoriales.
  2. Proponer al Consejo Editorial dos dictaminadores de la cartera de árbitros que evaluarán la calidad del artículo recibido, de acuerdo con el tema del artículo y el área de especialidad de los árbitros.

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The contribution is an original and unpublished manuscript and has not been submitted to any other journal.
  2. The contribution has followed the guidelines for authors.
