La promozione delle missioni di pace delle Nazioni Unite come modello di politica estera: un confronto tra la strategia della Repubblica Popolare Cinese e quella dell’Argentina, del Brasile e dell’Italia sulla base dei principi del Diritto Internazionale Pubblico

Resumen

Negli ultimi tre decenni la Repubblica Popolare Cinese ha attraversato una fase di progressivo cambiamento che ha avuto profonde ripercussioni sulla strategia geopolitica messa in atto in virtù della quale si è concretizzata la sua partecipazione alle missioni di pace delle Nazioni Unite. Il presente articolo si propone di indagare, sulla base dell’esperienza cinese, come i principi del Diritto Internazionale Pubblico abbiano influito sulla scelta di alcuni Stati come il Brasile, l’Argentina e l’Italia, di attuare una strategia simile a quella cinese. Si sosterrá, quindi, la tesi secondo cui questi Stati abbiano utilizzato la partecipazione a tali operazioni come presupposto per il loro inserimento nell’ordine internazionale.
